Processed in our advanced Vyshgorod facility using BUHLER and HOSOKAWA ALPINE equipment, our flour undergoes thorough cleaning, steam treatment, cold-pressing, and multi-stage sieving to ensure purity and consistency. Available in full-fat and de-heated varieties, with fat content from 25% and allyl isothiocyanate (AITC) levels up to 0.75%, our flour offers mild to fiery flavors for sauces, mayonnaises, salad dressings, and meat processing. It serves as a natural emulsifier, thickener, and preservative, also finding use in healthcare for liniments and cosmetics. Certified to FSSC 22000, Kosher, and Halal standards, our mustard flour is packaged in multi-layer paper bags or Q-bags (25 kg to 500 kg), with private labeling options.
